Provide professional in-person buyer coverage while working with Brittny McKay Real Estate and supporting buyer clients. This is a non-exclusive opportunity—not a traditional team position or a promise of employment.

A focused way to add commission opportunities

You provide the in-person buyer coverage. Brittny McKay Real Estate manages the transaction.

You do not have to generate the buyer lead, manage the full transaction, write or negotiate the offer, coordinate lender/title/closing, or handle inspection negotiations.

Show properties to assigned buyers
Accompany buyers to inspections
Attend final walkthroughs
Attend closings when requested
Provide property access and licensed-agent accompaniment at other appointments
Send prompt showing feedback and communication
